A-Level Graphic Design

Below is a set of four designs created with an underlying narrative. The main point of the work was to draw reference to mental health issues amongst young adults and children. I carried out extensive research into the topic and attended a conference based around children who had suffered with these problems and had come out on top at the end of it.

- Holding me under, or lifting me high?
Am I sinking, or just learning to fly?

This is an exam piece also from my A-Levels, based around not taking things for granted and opening your eyes to what you have in front of you. I seemed to like poems at this point in my life!

-Not everything is as it seems, without the use of eyes to see.

Join the BIG click, concept idea.

This is a concept idea aimed to encourage 18-25 yr olds ("generation y") to vote, by simplifying the method and understanding of the whole process, and encourage interaction by the choices of media.

The Logo and App button

App allows users to access information on the go.

Interactive Advert, could be executed in an ambient style as well.

Social Network example, communicating to target audience in a manner to best suit them.

Simple registration.

This concept idea was designed to show generation y the simplicity of voting! The idea uses new technology and the internet to simplify the process of registering to vote. Interactive adverts allow the market to get involved, by simply typing in their email, where they will then be sent a link to the online website, and mobile app download. The whole concept was aimed at 18-25 yr old non voters, trying to encourage them to get involved, and exercise their right to vote. The big click name came from the idea that at the click of a button you can do big things. The whole campaign is based around simplicity to encourage first time voters. The web-page is linked to a simplified explanation of all parties, and how to vote. This is just a campaign idea and it has no link to any of the brands represented in the adverts.
